"The North Korean people are suffering from hunger and poverty because of Kim Jong Il's dictatorship and dogmatic politics," the man says.This was on a video tape and it indicates that North Koreans want democracy and freedom. It was given to the Seoul-based Citizen's Coalition for Human Rights of Abductees and North Korean Refugees.
